Rochem FYREWASH® Partnership
We have partnered with Rochem to support the gas turbine cleaning market with the best solutions for gas turbine cleaning. These include but are not limited to:
- Gas turbine compressor cleaning solutions and wash programs.
- Centrifugal compressor cleaning solutions and wash programs.
- FYREWASH® F1, F2, F3, F4.
- Light industrial wash carts and associated kits.
Turbo-machinery Package Refurbishment
We specialize in package refurbishment of light industrial gas turbines and aeroderivative gas turbines. This includes retrofitted control and other system devices and package overhaul.
Gas Turbine Package Sourcing and Relocation
We source and relocate gas turbine packages globally. We work closely with customers to determine their requirement and work to align the requirement with equipment sourced from OEM’s and aftermarket service providers.
Turbo-machinery Retrofit and Refurbishment
We support customer to overhaul and retrofit gas turbine packages. This includes replacement gas turbines, generators, and centrifugal gas compressors.
This support includes but is not limited to the following:
- Process compressor re-bundling and fouling managment.
- Generator refurbishment, cleaning, and replacement.
- Gas turbine overhaul support (OEM dependant).
Turbo-machinery Operations and Maintenance Support
We provide best in class maintenance and operations support for gas turbine and turbo-machinery operators. This includes support on mechanical work scopes from engine exchange and alignment to full package and BOP support.
Control, Instrument, and F&G Safety System Support
At VG Engineering we offer a full suite of support services on control systems, instrument devices and systems, and safety systems including F&G systems and devices. These include control system design and build, services and upgrades, instrument and F&G device calibration checks and loop testing, control system troubleshooting and refurbishment.
Project Management
Our Project Management services help clients deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. We have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects across multiple industries.
